finished reading homestuck and the only regret that completely overwhelms my decision to read this shit all together is the fact that I didn't start getting into it when it was still going on and the community was huge. it was blatantly obvious that this is a webcomic that was on some "you had to be there" shit with all the obscure references and plot points and whatnot some retard would brief you on back on one of their forums and the fact that it was getting daily updates to keep the community engaged.
would've enjoyed trolling retards back then, shit talk anyone wanting dave to be gay, lose my shit at the reveal of retconned dave being gay and that the tumblr fags managed to successfully mind control hussie to become one of them, etc etc. cant do that now because nowadays every single discussion about homestuck has been the exact same shit for 8 years straight with a large chunk of it being "act 6 bad, i miss acts 1-5", "hussie is retarded", "davekat sucks" and other stuff.
its 2024 now unfortunately, and the only thing this comic has done for me after 4 months of reading is make me incredibly, incredibly more homophobic. for the people who still shit on this series, at least you guys had the opportunity to do it while it was happening.
