is literally the perfect comic book adaptation in your path

What went wrong...?

Bipolar film make Hulk slee - NOW HULK MAAAAADD!! - and me sleep - MAAAAAADDDD!!!

What went wrong...?

It was a shitty comic book adaptation.

still a fucking fun movie though.

In retrospect, nothing. Because the Hulk movie with Abomination was more of what people wanted out of a Hulk movie and it performed about as well as Ang Lee's did.

Either Hulk or Spider-Man was the forst capeshit film i saw ever. I loved Hulk far more and i don't know why. Actually this film was the first time i got jumpscared because the scene where Bruce is at the mirror and Hulk goes "puny human" made me jump so high i end up on the top of the sofa. So i was scared of the Hulk until 2010

there was a part where hulk was fighting the tanks and i guess i fell asleep but i woke up and was shocked to see he was still fighting the military

Brian Banner killed it though

Ang Lee really set out to make the most fuckable Hulk of all time.

its mental that he then went on to make a gay cowboy movie
or the other way around.

I remember he was throwing the tanks like half a mile away and the soldiers were climbing out of them unharmed.

2003 Hulk is the only Hulk I can imagine genuinely masturbating. Not a comedy scene or grimdark "hulk horny" like that one comic. A by the book straight self-discovery self-loving scene.

It was advertised wrong, some trailers and press releases talked about the movie as some epic action flick with Hulk just trail blazing through the military, while the movie itself is more of a psychological dive on Banner and everyone close to him.

Super hero movies then more simple, people wanted to see action and asses being kicked, Hulk was not what people expected.

To be fair he literally has the mind of a toddler.

It's simple. People just don't like comic books.
It's why every movie since have tried their hardest to not be a good adaptation, and be anything but a comic book.

Nope

anon says in a timeline where an adaption of Infinity Gauntlet is one of the highest grossing movies of all time

the star kept quitting

literal comic book in movie form, the masslets could never handle that much kino

Truthfully, not enough Hulk. When he did show up he messed up shit up though.

post Hulk punching the dog in the balls

Infinity Gauntlet

adaptation

Lets not go with "fun" to describe a movie that had like 1hr slow boil, half the threats are monster pups, and the fibal battle is us screaming energy into a cloud until we overcharge it like we're DBZ return of Cooler.

Punched dog in the balls

Broke one of their jaws by flexing

>First down anothers throat

Smashed the other through the windshield

All were smashed to dust

He fucked those dogs up.

The ending most likely, with Banner's dad being the absorbing man and then the fight being just some still shots and popping a balloon. It had a hard time deciding what it was as a movie. I like it though for embracing the cheese and the melodrama. But I can get where it loses people as it goes around.

That really felt like they just ran out of money
