After rewatching all the movies, I can safely say that while the first movie had a perfect balance of screentime for the various groups of characters (Po, Shi Fu, Oogway, the Five, Ping, and Tai Lung), this was not the case for the second movie. The masters of Gongmen city were irrelevant while the wolf boss and soothsayer felt like nothing characters.
