Based on screen time (and what Gunn has teased), there's too much romance for it to be aimed at kiddies, too much stuff appears to happen at the Daily Planet for it not to be a adult-centered workplace setting.
This isn't Gru's madcap science factory, with a crazy genius scientist and a collection of idiotic minions messing up to keep the kids involved and engaged, it's a bread and butter newsroom, something that most everyone under 25 has essentially no familiarity with outside a Daily Show type studio setting with a bunch of yelling talking heads or interviews going on. And it's not some anthropomorphic workplace setting filled with talking funny animals but boring white bread adults, who will be talking about boring white bread adult things, like evil corporations, bad-on-the-grift politicians or similar as news stories.
At least make better bait.
The brown finger cult followers of a certain Hack are doing better just tearing down Superman, since they are easily chimed in by the batwankers, marveltards and bots who want to get people invested in negative you farming for 'engagement clicks.'
