Personally I prefer the 2003 version, though 'best' design really does depend on what the intent is. Like swapping GO for DCAMU or vis versa wouldn't work too well, if nothing else because their designs wouldn't fit the tone of the show
On a side note, I actually prefer that version of GO Raven to the one we got, the face sells it
