The original series just ended when Bad Rap and the others left. I always wanted some resolution, because the other villains were still at large.

You know, I feel like people forget how strong the street sharks are. These guys regularly tear up rhe street. My memory kind of fuzzy but I remember the street sharks straight up biting steel plates.
Writer Stephanie Williams (Nubia and the Amazons) and artist Ariel Medel (TMNT vs Street Fighter) bring Street Sharks to the page.
Why would they bring back the Street Fighter crossover writer? Those comics sucked.
They all appeared way better in their own Extreme Dinosaurs show.
The writers probably knew too, which is why they recast all their voice actors, completely changed their origin stories and settings, tweaked their personalities and gave their team a new game. Debuting them too early also cost us a legit crossover with the two shows and instead had those prototypes. It's almost like awkward backdoor pilot episodes.
We also need a comic of that show too.
