Watch the Customer Service episode. Bugs' old cartoon personality resurfaces in that one. Check out Casa De Calma too because that one was just normal Looney Tunes since it was a holdover plot from an earlier version of the show that was more in line with the original shorts.

To be fair, Looney Tunes tend to have, well... LOONIER taste in romantic partners. It doesn't surprise me that Bugs would take Lola for granted.

I consider this Lola (and TLTS in general) one of the greatest feats in modern animation history
original Lola is a late "character but female" addition to the Looney Tunes mythos (then 66 years old)
she's nothing but furbait in a one-off movie but still well received
Looney Tunes gets a modern sitcom re-imagining show
it somehow works and is great and hilarious and full of memorable plots, lines, ideas etc
they completely retool Lola from the ground up and get rid of her core furbait premise
it also works and is accepted as the best version of the character and one of the highlights of the show
has a great and funny relationship with Bugs and there's no fan controversies or backlash to it
On paper it's nothing but disaster after disaster, every other IP's attempts at this sort of thing failed spectacularly, but TLTS not only made it work but made it (and her) some of the best Looney Tunes stuff in recent history

Yeah, of all the characters altered for TLTS, Bugs got it the worse. Though, that series kinda demanded that version of him. I can't see his relationship with Daffy or Lola working otherwise.
