From the world of Villains comes: Thieves' Bonds, an action-comedy about Elizabeth Easton, aka Illuminarrow, a rookie villain trying to make a living in the honorable business of villainy and crime.
This project is now in production, and we hope to bring you the first episode by the end of the year (Lord Black Hat letting us) on our official YouTube channel.

Probably figured "fuck waiting on the red tape we can do stuff in the interim". I think season 2 was planned to take place after a time skip so this kind of works out since this seems to take place right after the heist comic which itself takes place after Heedious Heart

So what creator said recently about having full ownership of the Villanos characters but not CN/WB characters and the fact that they're nowhere to be seen going as far as not having the CN logo anywhere in the video or credits here makes me believe that if this doesn't take like 6 years to come out it might be airing on LatAm's Adult Swim channel instead

Villainous is inspired by most early 2000s cartoons, but this spinoff is pretty obviously inspired by comics about underdog supervillains and anti heroes

It's actually meant to be "Ties of Thieves" (even though google translate gives me "Thieves' Ties" instead) since the series utilizes alliterations for its titles.
