Have you watched a PPG episode lately? Villains come out of their montages with every limb broken and their spines twisted. The only reason they haven't beaten anyone to death on-screen is because of CN censoring, the girls could absolutely be pushed to pulp someone if they needed to.

The problem with the PPGs is that they are super inconsistent in their power. They can get btfo by weak shit and then pull over the top stuff another episode or scene.
If you count both the OG and new one they've done shit like foot race around the entire earth in a few seconds, time travelled, stopped the city wide nanobot rain, and flew so fast across space they distorted multiple planets. Omniman also had trouble with a single kaiju and the PPGs deal with way bigger ones all the time.
Bubbles' sonic screaming could also possibly exploit that Viltrumite weakness so yeah I'd say they'd stomp them if you go only by their best showings. On average it becomes more dicey

Are we in a serious setting or a comedy setting? Comedy means someone like Battlebeast would find a worthy foe with the DMV waiting times or Conquest makes friends with Bubbles. Serious setting means Blossom's body is used as a weapon to beat the other two girls to death. Their universes aren't really comparable either. You pick up a building in PPG and the whole thing comes with it. You pick up a building in Invincible and it collapses under its own weight.

PPGs without time travel would struggle against the Viltrumites. Funnily enough Utonium, their dead is the major threat. Viltrumites are notoriously weak against viruses, and if push came to shove he could mass produce PPGs.

Cause most have toonforce abilities/work around like flawless magic. Only ones I can think of that would fail is Flapjack, Scoob-Doo, and Johnny Bravo
