How does this work?

It works like a community toy chest. In the /coc/ threads you are free to post whatever ideas/settings/characters you want, but you have to be OK with other people playing with them (tweaking them, putting them in stories, using them for things, etc.)

There's no guarantee that what you post will catch on either.

If the OC you are posting is YOURS for something you are personally doing, then it would go to the "How is your webcomic?" threads.

If you just want feedback on an OC of yours, then it would go in the "donut steel" threads or drawthreads.

If the thread dies suddenly or you still want to discuss something when there's no thread:

Really quick is the thong squad one of ours? I seen like 3 threads for it and it has tons of art I'm still confused on what it is, is it a show or series or just some /coc/ stuff?

I didn't use it as the OP because there were some typos that go caught and I'd rather get the corrected versions than redistribute ones that are going to be fixed.
Bug will probably post them later.

Thong Squad is like Care Birds, Super Moms, BreastQuest, Honeybee, or Star Gaze. It's a Anon Babble original project, but they have their own threads. If/when the novelty of the project wares off they might show up in the /coc/ threads but apparently we're poorly thought of as the dumping ground for burnt out OC ideas by groups that start in their own threads.

Damn, I did kind of do that too myself lol, brought my burnt oc here. Maybe I should try it with my magic girl ocs or dumbstruck who knows

This has been a thing since before you showed up, don't worry about it.
Is it really a bad thing to have some place to keep an idea going when it cannot sustain a thread on its own anymore?
