No new shows announced as of yet
Are we gonna be stuck with BCG, P&F, Kiff and StuGo for the next years?

What about Proud Family Louder and Prouder?
The fuck is BCG?
doomies
Big City Greens.
I like stugo though. I’ve been checking for a StuGo thread on Anon Babble ever since the last one died
I don’t get why they’re making so much of that. It’s really boring and mediocre
Im surprised that show has survived the recent DEI purge at Disney
Threads died early beacuse crew barely posted bts artwork this week making discussion banish
we need more amount...
What happen to that? it was supposed to come out in Q1
StuGo is the only good one they've made in a while. It'll probably end up getting cancelled because of the financial situation Disney is in anyway. If OP want to know why they aren't making TV cartoons, that's why.
Thet greenlit 4 new shows for last month, likely they will reveal them at Annecy since they now reveal everything there.
One of them will be on CGI btw
I thought it leaked that it was getting a spinoff focusing on LaCienega.

Only in the current seasons, early seasons were more well grounded and experiential, it was always a whimsical episodic show that doesn't require viewers to start from the beginning to the end in order to put all of the pieces together like what most lore shows devolve into
I binged it recently and want to post about it. When are we getting the next thread? Isn't a new episode dropping soon?
I watched season 1 and 2 (and maybe some 3 I can't remember). It wasn't awful but it was painfully mediocre. Half the plots were "Cricket fucks something up and in attempt to fix it makes it way worse, but he tried so hard it's okay". The setting, the style, the characters, the plots; it's just not that good
That's part of it but I think that thread got snuck up on rather than anything else. There also being a Sara segment I think also sort of gave it a hard time.
Three of them will be Disney Jr shows and the last will be enough episodic brown girl slop show that will come out 3 years after announcement
Matt hinted that there will be an Amphibia sequel soon
Probably has an ok audience considering it's a reboot
That didn't stop them to cancel Moon Girl
Moon Girl
it's a Marvel IP so not free from shit happening in that side of the company and it was definitely more expensive to make
CGI
Likely another show based on a Pixar film since that studio and WDAS dropped their plans of high budget TV shows
It’s been officially announced as a series of graphic novels about Sprig and Ivy exploring the new continent.
There’s some unannounced shows in development based on opened positions.
I recall Matt also hinted that he may also do a sequel to amphibia if the artbook sold well.
That sequel IS the upcoming graphic novel
Cool. I'm hoping that Amphibia will get a true sequel in a form of movie or TV series.
My bets on a new Inspector gadget show, that one urban fantasy show with 2 male mc's, some kid shit i don't care about, and something related to Phineas and Ferb
Will any of these be good?
I'm looking forward to that one. Need me another spooky adventure cartoon
IIRC Disney only owns the film rights to Inspector Gadget
P&F sequel will save them.
Sunnyridge got cancelled according to one of the crew members, and none of these are DTVA shows
for the next years
I'm sure by that time you will have outgrown watching Disney cartoons for children.
BCG is good but it has to end soon
More StuGo would be cool but who knows if we will get seasonal rot or if the show will get its legs and become more popular even with the filtering character designs (not inherently sexo)
Aw man...
5 seasons are good enough to be honest.
It's a revival, not a sequel.
A revival can be a sequel. In this new season's case, they seem to literally just be making more of the same show again, but seeing as it chronologically takes place "the following summer," that technically DOES make it a sequel in a sense.
Most likely, but I still hate that Hamster & Gretel had to die in order for that to happen
Okay, that makes sense.
Sunnyridge got cancelled
No you got confused the one that got canned is Dragon Striker since it's studio filled for bankrupcy

Stugo is kino but it's been quietly cancelled as crew who were working on it are now suddenly out of a job. A shame as its their best show in years.
You say that, and I guess I believe you, but I specifically dropped it when S1 premiered because it felt too generic. I like the concept of the show, but come on, it has Fake Irwin.
According to a boarder who posted the looking for job gig, it was another project that got scrapped at Titmouse unrelated to StuGo
