1. I don’t think her design is slutty.
2. You being attracted to her isn’t the same as her having a slutty design.
3. If it was slutty, that would be self-justified. Attractive character designs are not a negative, and neither is expressed sexuality in an appropriate context.
4. Even if you disagree that it’s self-justified, art isn’t always about what’s necessary.
5. In my personal opinion, Pomni’s sexuality is less expressed through her design and more in the way she’s voiced and animated. Her voice has an earnest almost anime-esque cadence to it, with a heightened delivery to match the toonier tone. This combines to most closely resemble rule 34 animations or “dub hentai” speak. All of TADC is wonderfully animated with character specific flourishes all the time, and Pomni’s animation does reflect her femininity in a way that you’d be unused to from puppet rigging or stilted TV animation, or more grounded Disney animation. This heightened feminine physicality is attractive.
This appears to be true, based on gooner art fetishizing the audience’s autism. Subjectively I find bright colors more attractive on animated characters more often than muted ones.

I believe in general neurodivergents are more open to sexualizing stranger concepts because they are more literal in what they like. Liking a drawing of a sexy rubber duck isn’t being attracted to a rubber duck, but to a specific drawing that is sexual. Some people seem to hold onto what drawings represent, while others (many autists) see them as self-referential.

Good question desu, they didn't get that one lady who voices the gloink queen and they also didn't get goose to voice bubble the first time. But it's kinda hard to think of gummigoo as a secondary character like those guys. Then again we've never seen gummigoo's voice actor do any fan content or show up to signings or anything of the sort, so it's pretty up in the air. If he doesn't come they'll probably have Sean do an impression of him so it won't be too bad.
