Has anyone actually seen this show? I feel like most people only know about it because of Nostalgia Critic and Mr. Enter

I have. It was shit.
I feel like most people only know about it because of Nostalgia Critic and Mr. Enter
That's because you're an underage faggot
Did it even air reruns after its initial 1995 run on Disney Afternoon?
I did, you can try to deflect the show's hate and blame it all on Internet critics, but the show is literal shit
The Pith Possum segments where the only good part of the show, the Timon & Pumbaa show they also had on the Disney Afternoon did a better job at being a "Ren & Stimpy" style show that this did
Only on Toon Disney, and even then only on after-midnight timeslots when nobody was ever expected to watch it. Adventures of Sonic, Gadget Boy, and the Super Dave cartoon were also cast into this purgatory, though only Sonic got any sort of advertising for it.
I preferred Tex Tinstar. Wrongo pretty much stole every scene.
Unfortunately. Just a bunch of noise and nonsense.
the Timon & Pumbaa show they also had on the Disney Afternoon did a better job at being a "Ren & Stimpy" style show that this did
Agreed, Cow & Chicken as well
Yeah. The one with the goldfish is the only good ep..
Pretty sure they did.
The Pith Possum segments where the only good part of the show
That's a funny way to spell Tex Tinstar.
I get why this isn't on Disney+, but why isn't the Aladdin series on Disney+? Aladdin was part of Disney Afternoon and they even have stuff like Quack Pack and Mighty Ducks on there, so why did they never add Aladdin? Aladdin reran on Toon Disney until 2008 and Princess Power Hour was a block that ran for quite a while back then, so why did Disney ignore Aladdin when choosing what to put on Disney+?
Deviantart has a weird obession with the blondie on this dumpster fire
The only reason people can think of is something on Aladdin must be considered offensive. Who knows what.
Watched it as a kid. 'Twas a Dollar Tree Ren & Stimpy. Sadly never saw the resolution of Tex Tinstar because it was so sporadic
I absolutely caught it on TV a few times, but never knew when the fuck this, Marsupilami, or Raw Toonage were on. I'd see commercials for them all the time, but only actually watched them once or twice.
The whole Raw Toonage era was just weird
Tex Tinstar was the only part of the show that I liked.
I wish Disney would restore it.
Doris Deer? I agree, she's hot.
It's insane how Bill Kopp made 4 cartoons in the 90s, yet nobody ever brings them up or talk about him in general as a creator. He's like the the anti-Tom Ruegger.
The episode where they got buff is sexy for a muscle fag fetishist like me.
character is named Deer
isn't a deer.
Nonsensical decision even for a mixed-species show. We got gypped.
Even Grimphanton drew her, based man.
Based
They didnt even say if she had connections with any deer?
Snookums and meat weirdly get acknowledged in the rescue rangers movie in that movie’s smash brothers game
"wacky animal duo" was the shittiest cartoon genre of the 90s. Spumcofags deserve death.
Nostalgia Critic and Mr. Enter
I don't know what that is
I've never watched it but I remember commercials. Same with some show about a blond dog or rabbit or whatever in jeans and a pink shirt and a several, several other cartoons. I was aware of them but never bothered watching them because they didn't look like something I'd like.
He was drawing that over exaggerated back then?
Yeah, never heard of Mad Jack but I was aware of the others, just never watched any of them. Eek even got a video game, iirc.
Anyway, you whippersnappers today don't understand opportunity costs in 90s tv shows. Generally speaking, if you watched a cartoon, that meant you were neglecting four-to-five other shows. ABC, NBC, CBS, WB/UPN and FOX had their own lineups and if you liked what was on at 8.30am on Saturday on one of those channels, you weren't watching what was on at 8.30am on Saturday on the others.
maurice and mooch doesn't even fit here, they were a sylvester and tweety knockoff and weren't friends
I remember the intro more.
youtube.com
One of the better r&s knock offs
Chibiverse was the first Disney property to say "yeah that show fucking sucked"
It honestly would be ironic if Disney just announced a revival of Snookums and Meat, but let the cartoonists do the cooking. And even get Bill kopp to do whatever he wants to spite out a certain revival that threw the artists under a bus because they listened to a feminist cunt.
Which was worse, this or that Wild World of (not) Tex Avery. God that his name was attached to such garbage annoys me greatly.
Wacky World will always be worse in virtue on shitting on Tex Avery's legacy.
Also that one was made by DIC, nuff said.
He was drawing that over exaggerated back then?
Yes, pic related is from the mid 80s, John K used a similar artstyle in Mighty Mouse as well, similar to the actual Ren & Stimpy series but a little more angular
"Mom" actually made it into the final show as "Mrs. Pipe", she also had a cameo in Adult Party Cartoon alongside her husband, neither of them show up at all in the leaked season of the "Tax Written Off'd" Comedy Central reboot, but Mister Horse and Powdered Toast Man do
It only existed so Nancy Avery can send her kids off to collage, also Animaniacs'2020 and Tiny Toons Looniversity were even worse.
Toonsylvania feels like an actual Tom Ruegger show.
I only watched it once when I was a kid because it rarely aired in my country.
Another infamous attirbute about the show was that it's the favorite show of pedophile Kyle Carrozza
It had a great weight gain fetish episode
Timon and Pumbaa were Laurel And Hardy! NOT Ren and Stimpy, god dammit!
No space episodes either in the tax write off revival
And Chuck Jones reportedly had to cut in to make sure she didn't get ripped off in the deal.
Toonsylvania was stupid.
That is true.
