I'm hesistant to give too much credit to one person. You've got to give credit to the other writers - John, Tim, Josh, and Elizabeth. And, of course, Mike and Bryan. But I do believe that Ehasz understood the characters and themes better than anyone. Mike and Bryan's strengths are on the visual side. With Korra, they wanted to have full creative control. I think there's a lesson in there about humility, and knowing your strengths/weaknesses.
