Not really, DB has pretty much always been 3 to 4 minutes. The shortest its averaged was in seasons 4 and 5 where you could get sub 3 minute fights. You only got longer than that when Torrian was doing everything solo and killing himself in the process.
Goku vs Superman is the longest they've ever gone at 9 minutes. Most fights only last 3 to 4. The second longest is Deadpool vs Deathstroke. Longer fights are outliers, sadly. It does feel like they're a lot rarer though now.

I've decided that Simon wins, his power (Reactive Evolution) inherently means he wins any fight where an explicit neutralization of that power isn't in play. You could argue that reality bending could take away reactive evolution, though someone could just argue that the reactive evolution would evolve against that. Because this isn't a real thing we can test, it's up to writer interpretation, meaning the outcome is either a draw or Simon winning. I also haven't seen any panels or comic pages actually showing any significant feats or reality alteration from the Life Equation, so I'm not sure if it's even worth considering.
A better match-up for Simon would be another character with reactive evolution, who also automatically scales to whoever they're up against. I can't think of any examples off the top of my head who've displayed cosmological feats.

It is a logical trap that no intelligent creature can escape from the multiverse forever because the possibility of a possible future changes directly into a universe. In Simon's case, for example, he is trapped in the possibility that if Kamina were alive and did not fight the beastmen, he wouldn't have died. There is an infinite number of possibilities, and hell will follow. It is no longer possible to return to the real universe after being affected by a different kind of multiverse.
I haven't seen it but some brief googling seems to imply demonic possession and telekinetic powers, which is closer to what you can expect from a Rozen Maiden at least. Someone like Suigintou sits pretty comfortably around that wall/sub-building level from recollection, and has pretty good range for melee with her wings, ontop of having a sword. Probably a bit beyond the physical feats of Annabelle from a glance but I guess that might not be enough to kill her because she's just possessing the body.
If any "ghost possesses doll" character is fighting a Rozen Maiden character the fight would eventually go into Rozen Maiden's N-Field or some neutral equivalent and technically speaking I guess they could also steal another doll's soul after their body's broken. It's kind of an interesting fight, but strangely low-powered.
