did anyone see this coming? Sure the audience it appealed was niche but Weren't the showrunners and executives happy with the reception? It made waves with their radical redesign of "tomboy lois". the show wasnt special by any means though, the animation was choppy and it was already clear it got some budget cuts from S2, but I wasnt expecting a cancellation, the S2 epilogue should have been a sign unfortunately.

The bad is that MAWS has less episodes now than that of Teen Titans Go! (2+1 unreleased seasons and 20+10 episodes vs 9 seasons and 413 episodes). And the ugly is that the premiere date is rumored to tie-in with the release of James Gunn's Superman and now we won't be getting season 3 and James Gunn's Superman will still flop either way.
