You know, people always say that, and for someone who doesn't really know much about the subject that may be true, but iykyk. It's always the voice, one hundred percent of the time, people would always assume visible Adam's apple or something but no it's always the voice. I've met somewhere between dozens and hundreds of trans women, and even witn the few who had a pretty feminine voice to begin with, there's always something just slightly off about it if you know what to look for. Not their fault, it's just really hard to change with vocal cord surgery and most of them don't have that since there's a pretty decent chance you'll go mute. Now trans men on the other hand, I'm sure I've missed tons of those in the wild.
