A mutant soap opera. The one look we saw of mutant TV was pretty weird so this'll probably be similarly strange. I imagine Merian will get really into character.

Hm... I'm unsure about that but her twin episode has some fun moments with the other kids so maybe this one will too. It's going to at least have Francis in it and they're a duo that hasn't really been explored yet.

Huh? The show gets threads all the time doesn't it? Usually one whenever the new episode comes out. I dropped that show but I used to see them every week when it was airing. I know they don't last that long but they usually last long enough for the new episode don't they?

I don't watch this show but I like this chick's vibe. I like main characters who (this is just how she seems to me) are chill, competent, and always in control. Reminds me of Fillmore. Is that what she's like? Is Francis the protagonist?
The main group is of six kids and she's one of them. They all have their focus episodes and group story episodes and she gets her fair share of time. Even in episodes where she's only on the side she usually has something fun going on. As for how she is, yeah being chill is her whole thing.
This show looks quite ugly. Is it any good?
Yeah, it's genuinely really fun. Probably one of the most fun shows I've watched in a long while. The first episode is on Youtube if you want to give it a try.

The mutant TV one I'd think requires the mutants doesn't it? The mutants are a certain kind of low INT that I think gives it some unique energy. Though I guess that depends on how much they matter in the segment. It's not like it's that big of a deal anyway. On paper Francis Gets A Letter would sound boring, right? But it was pretty good. A lot of these plot lines are more in the execution.

I'll give her this, it was kind of fun this time around. Probably because it wasn't just her by herself but almost every scene was with her and another character. The constant one upping between her and Pliny was fun.
