They made it canon in the MCU that Captain America's metabolism is so good he can't get drunk. This is NOT true for Wolverine which seems kind of stupid considering his entire gimmick is "MY BODY CAN RECOVER FROM EVERYTHING REALLY FAST".

"I can't get drunk".
He doesn't say "it's hard for me to get drunk", he says flat out and explicitly "I can't get drunk". Keep in mind that it's commonly said Captain America isn't "superhuman" but just "peak human".
He might have good "regenerative" abilities compared to an average person but he shouldn't have Wolverine levels of regeneration, yet he still acts like his body recovers so fast he physically can't get drunk. It makes sense for their personalities because Captain America is the good boy scout so it'd be weird seeing him drunk. Wolverine is more of an edgy anti-hero so it makes sense seeing him get drunk. But it doesn't make sense when you compare the two of them in terms of their "powers".

No Spider-Man is objectively WAY stronger than Captain America. He is way above "peak human" he is carrying up entire buildings with his arms.
Having said that there are comics that have Spider-Man and Captain America fight toe-to-toe but if we're honest those comics are kind of bullshit because no "peak human" should have a chance against a Spider-Man.
Mera has been ride or die since new 52 and then depp heard stuff happens and always gets brought up when best girl is mentioned.
Peak human is a spectrum. TAS Kingpin was supposed to be peak human and he toppled 30ft robots and Spider-Man never got a proper win against him.

IIRC Ultimate Cap is listed as a 2 tonner while Ult. Spidey can lift 10 tons like his 616 self (maybe slightly less because of his younger age). So Ult. Cap is weaker. but still superhuman. MCU borrows that with feats like this

TAS Kingpin is one of the dumbest characters. I can understand if it turned out he was secretly a mutant or had some secret power but there is no logical way he should be this ridiculously powerful against Spider-Man as a normal person.
Again Spider-Man is actually surprisingly strong and Kingpin is just a fat dude with zero superpowers. Super-Man can lift up an entire building, hold back a subway train, yet he goes against Kingpin the fatass and is like "OMG THIS GUY'S HUGS ARE SUPER STRONG IT'S GOING TO KILL ME".
