They’re not together anymore so I guess he already did. But when they made the announcement, Ashley totally threw him under the bus. It came across as very unprofessional. All they needed to do was say “we’re not together anymore, we still support each other creatively, ask you to do the same, and request that our privacy be respected”.
The lesson to be learned here is don’t work with Ashley. Kovach could skate by because he has a good reputation, but if she throws coworkers under the bus like she did to him, you could find yourself getting cancelled.

Whenever big donations like that come in, I assume it’s a relative or a VERY good friend with deep pockets. That 8k could have been his parents, or maybe Zach Hadel, or perhaps Tom Fulp, etc.

The problem was apparently that he "didn't tell her" he was talking to someone else.
Which to me reads more as "guy new to poly didn't know the right protocol or how to bring up someone he met to his "main" partner, and now it's somehow cheating" which just doesn't fly with me. She wasn't a victim and by their own admission were more distant at that point.

yeah. I think it seemed like a good excuse to call it quits, but then she tried to milk it by being "hurt". So she can tell him every time that she fucks and blows a guy (like the fat guy she made Fart Fetched with), but Kovach forgets to tell her that he's texted a girl and suddenly HE'S the fucking villain.
I feel like the more rational thing to do would be to talk it out, but at that point it seemed like neither were interested in continuing. The fact that she's trying to play the victim just feels manipulative.
