Season 1 was good. Some of the Canadian eps were decent too.
Because the nostalgia cycle is a myth used to dismiss criticism
Because even as a kid it felt like filler. Whenever I talk to people my age about cartoons this never comes up, it doesn't really leave a good or bad enough impression to warrant discussion.
Because the show fucking sucked. No one talks about it anymore because even when it was airing, it was forgettable. All of the normal kids that watched the show at the time grew up and forgot about it.

Canadian cartoons in general were forgettable formulaic knockoffs of American cartoons. Like what modern American shows do with the shows that were popular around 2010, it's just that canadian shows were a parasite that leeched off the success of Hollywood and now it's just a bowl of leeches with nothing to feed off of.
Even autists hated this show.
The only one that did anything even remotely interesting was Total Drama and even then, it lost its luster around when ROTI came out.

The 90s was 24 hours of Hanna Barbera reruns but on Saturday it was 23 hours of Hanna Barbera and 1 hour of a new show, meanwhile people are like

CN was slowly adapting the whole original programming with SGC2C and mostly anthology or compilation shows like Toonheads. Turly, the 90s for CN wasn't as much of golden age as the 2000s were, even if it did give us Cow & Chicken as the only Cartoon Cartoon that ran during late of that decade
admittedly i was a bit of a fan of it when i was younger. now it just feels like some cartoon that would play in the background of a movie.

The absolute least that Teen Titans Go would ever be spammed was 4 hours a day.

I really hate this shit in video game or Star Wars sequels discourse. Were the prequels perfect masterpieces? Of course not, but they had shit that was appealing to kids. Of course, no point arguing this because the only people I've seen defend SW sequels were shills and desperate contrarians.

I loved this show as a kid, even though it was spammed a lot. I think I liked the creativity of how Johnny would turn into different things through his sisters inventions. I still preferred Chowder and Total Drama Island, but I still liked this show a lot

Yeah but the rest of the schedule would be like out of jimmys head , flapjack premier, corny bumpers with funkos pop predecessors and George of the jungle and so on it just was the worst of the bunch (debatably some of those teletoon shows were really shit and nobody watched cn real besides the arbitrary dude what would happen episode)
Plenty of people say cartoons fell off after 1999 but once you bring up Billy and Mandy the whole conversation changes.
Genuinely People watched Nickelodeon more like even if they weren’t huge into any of their programming most of them just did hell considering how excited people get when like the buzz on maggie and Dave the barbarian are brought up there was a phase where people watched a lot of Disney too before it became the white girl highschool musical cornball channel for 5 years
