I have to disagree. There are several times in the series where we have ways of tracking time to some degree and those moments wouldn't make sense if Invincible's characters are fighting at relativistic speed.
There's also not really any good evidence to suggest Viltrum should be nearly as large as they portrayed it to be.
And further still, I don't think that the argument for Nolan having more experience is as applicable given that Viltrumites never actually fight with martial prowess besides knowing how to throw punches.
That being said, Death Battle citing anime only filler for their Bardock arguments was a really bad look. I don't actually think that King Vegeta could casually destroy three planets with the wave of his palm. Even 1st Form Frieza charged his Death Ball for an amount of time after all. The space ship travel is also really dumb. I think there are definitely better arguments to be made through pulling on Toyotaro's rendition of Bardock. Super Saiyan was inevitably going to be invoked because of how much Bardock media has him unlock SSJ, but I don't really like its inclusion.
I'm sure there are other things I haven't mentioned, but nothing else is coming to mind at the moment.

I agree that Invincible has a weird speed issue, but Viltrumites are at least supposed to have super-speed. I chalk it up to Kirkman being a bad writer, which he openly admits to. Hell, this kind of thing is a problem for comic books at large. But we're not talking about crossover dynamics or really much honest science, we're talking about a power level bloat show. You could make the argument that things like picrel, or Mark flying to the middle of Antarctica in less than 40 seconds, or Nolan going from the planet's surface to outer space in a second, or flying so fast he made nuke-level explosions is beyond what most characters in a respectable stretch of DBZ could accomplish with sheer speed.
