I can't lie though, I must've been about 10 when it first came out, and I was more familiar with Chief, as I would frequently play Halo 3 at my cousins' house. It's hard to say. In Civil War: Kingpin #1 he shrugged off some shots from Bushwhacker, although they clearly damaged him. Later in #4 he blitzed and killed a bunch of crooks with guns who were behind him, while they were shooting (though none of them seemed to hit him). And he has plenty of feats taking explosions and whatnot, but I'm not sure how much that'd help.
Alternatively, Kingpin's canes can be pretty nuts. They can create illusions, shoot lasers and shit.
