Dynamite has the comic rights, haven't read them yet, but their Space Ghost run is somehow one of the best Batman and Superman stories in decades at the same time. Might be worth checking out.
I mean, the reason it was 'dropped" was because an executive kept deliberately fucking with the air dates and timeslots making it impossible to stay caught up with and manipulating the ratings in the process.

Yeah it's pretty solid. Just well executed foundational storytelling. It's not super ambitious, just doing what you'd expect of a revival series like this, but it's also not *fucking up* and the art is great to go with decent pacing and character work.
Also it made me unironically declare that Blip the Space Monkey is the fucking Man like I was a 12 year old again and I hate monkeys so there is that.

I think it needed to have a more coherent plot. Its first episode was STRONG, but everything that came after it lacked any real focus, and was just episodic crap where Lion-O never retained the lesson of the last episode.
As for Wily-Kit, the best artist for her is a toss-up between John Doe and Ponpu.
