He just gets murdered
Spider-Man doesn't "just get murdered"
Miles just has Spider Man powers and would be the only person to fill in for Spider Man.
There is nothing that says there always needs to be a Spider-Man, the movie and everyone in it pretends it's a mantle when logically Miles should want and try to be his own person
I don't know if by universe you mean the writers or some kind of deterministic force in universe
Both, there's no fucking reason for Gwen to end up two weeks earlier than everyone else and it just creates a ton of holes
Gwen doesn't seem terribly troubled or forced into her feelings for Miles. She just has a lot of shit going on and pursuing a romantic relationship just muddies all that more.
She keeps rejecting him and telling him to buzz off, he won't take no for an answer, at the end she tells him "just friends" and in the sequel he keeps trying anyway
Plus the whole "doomed to fail" aspect hanging over their head
Dumb shit invented by the second movie that the characters aren't aware of in the first one
Absolutely not true. I don't know how you would come to this conclusion. Miles is never stated to be better than the other Spider Man
He takes on the villains that killed Spider-Man and beats them easily, his (teen) presence in the universe is seen as "things are back to the way they were" instead of "our adult protector is dead and there's some amateur kid trying to take his place"
Because he has spider powers, he's a spider man
That is not how it works and it has never worked that way, you fell for the movie's psyop
anyone can BE Spider man, it's not about replacing spider man, I interpret it more that anyone can adopt the values of Spider Man
They sure went out of their way to replace Spider-Man then when that message doesn't require it in any way
Idk where it's stated non white men don't apply
In the sequel where every Spider-Man that got any amount of focus or screen time is non white or non male
