RUMOR: Ironheart Behind The Scenes Panic

TV series was shelved for 3 years, finally out in the end of June, and the studio is STILL reworking/editing it in an effort to salvage the project

Reportedly "the worst project Marvel Studios has ever produced"

Another test screening scheduled early June, mere weeks before release in an effort to salvage it in the editing room

Bob Iger and Disney boardroom executives having frequent damage control meetings regarding the financial loss, reported finger pointing blame game to Iger

Slashed marketing budget in an effort to save money, explaining why the trailer was released so late (a month prior)

Show has an estimated budget cost between 120 to 130 million dollars

Reported 80% cut to Ironheart merch that was originally in production/rotting in warehouses. Items will no longer be sold in Disney gift shops/retail

Compared to Star Wars Acolyte for its alleged focus on "woke pandering" and "message"

Several episodes will be released at once to hasten it out the door

Reportedly several of these episodes have been cut to ribbons in editing in an effort to tone down "the message", meaning money wasted on footage that will no longer see the light of day

Alleged cut scenes included Riri "correcting The Hood with her pronouns" and "Riri watching footage/interviews of Tony Stark and making comments that belittle him"

Wow, and I thought Eternals was their lowest point. Do you think we'll eventually get some Fant4stic/Snow White level drama revealed later? Will poor performance result in Riri being shelved indefinitely in comics, meaning no more appearances in the Champions books? Also out of curiosity, was Riri bad in Wakanda Forever? Never saw it.

What's your source, OP?

thought Eternals was their lowest point

Just saw it in my watching all MCU in order, it was pretty fun. The multiple reveals kept it moving. Though I watched most or all of it with audio description on which is my preferred way of watching movies, it's so cool D+ has it

The fuck is this?
It was a complete mess and I’m glad it’s forgotten outside of one reference

Literally what is so hard about putting it together?

Putting what together?

The whole project

Oh. Well you got to understand when this was made. Priorities have now shifted, and frankly this was a project that didn't even need to be made in the first place

Source: My asshole.

Just googled it anon, Canadian produced anon, Canadian produced

The voices in his head.

Riri watching footage/interviews of Tony Stark and making comments that belittle him"

That one makes the least sense that it would ever get past the drawing table, the MCU and its fans worship Tony, bringing RDJ back was literally Disneys emergency glass button they had to smash.

>Reportedly "the worst project Marvel Studios has ever produced

Worse than she Hulk?

"the worst project Marvel Studios has ever produced"

Just saw it in my watching all MCU in order, it was pretty fun.

Glad you enjoyed as much as Jamal enjoyed fucking your wife

It also doesn't make much sense given the timeline of the MCU.

The fuck is this?

Modern day robin hood where Robin is race and gender swapped into a bisexual rapping black girl who sings about her crimes and posts it to social media, King Richard is now a gangster named Richard Lion Heart who murdered a whole bunch of people but eventually tried to be nice and was killed himself, and the entire plot surrounds a man trying to take over their projects so he can revamp it into something more modern. She steals rich people's cars and buys a bouncy house with it, and is so promiscous there's a jar full of condoms out on the kitchen table that the mom constantly reminds them of. Oh, and said mom is a single mother, with no father in the picture.

They went hard on this one, all taxpayer funded by the way! 100 percent, no choice in the matter!

The episode where the computer hacker guy, who has vr hooked into his brain and types in the air with wires inside his fingers, serves bugs to people at the cookout and insists the kids try them

It felt like a parody

Considering that that scene is actually comic book accurate, I think it's more like the test audiences rightfully calling her out as an unlikable bitch

comics are an inherently different medium than tv and film

Good Riri shaming RDJ will ensure no one likes her

Medium doesn't matter when they decide to adapt the Bendis version where she's an arrogant and unlikable bitch

I Hear Voices in my head they speak to me the council me ~

The Thread

Translating Robin Hood to a modern ghetto is something that should be pretty straight forward. Richard is a community organizer falsely imprisoned by his brother John who, with the aid of corrupt cop Nottingham and gangster Guy Gisbourne, is forcing out residents and making property grabs. Robin returns from a stint in the army following his parents' murder only to find that the family business has been seized under a byzantine legal strategy involving questionably legit contracts and is suddenly accused of crimes when he presses the matter. Escaping to the streets, he gathers a motley crew that strike back against John's schemes, the corruption in the local police force, and local gangsters, all while Robin's exploits are broadcast on social media and celebrated in drill tracks dropped by Robin's #1 hype man Alan Dale. What you described sounds like what a sheltered upper middle class white guy with jungle fever and a cuck fetish would write.

You have to remember this was shot in 2022, back when Marvel was still pretty sure their replacement characters would work this go round unlike the last time it completely fucked, they had a real hardon for "The old thing sucks which is why you WILL LIKE THESE NEW ONES".

Thank god Sony was still considering reviving the Garfield spider-man so they didn't let Disney do shit to their characters.

le. What you described sounds like what a sheltered upper middle class white guy with jungle fever and a cuck fetish would write.

Nope, black guy wrote, directed and produced. Though he's one of the most sheltered fruit baskets in the Macy's, but this is a pure black production from top to bottom.

"Riri watching footage/interviews of Tony Stark and making comments that belittle him"

They actually thought that was a good idea?

writer is clearly a cuck with a humiliation fetish

cool sexy armor design with awesome megaman proportions and hand rail gun

ugly girl inside

I have no doubt we'll get some Fan4stic/Josstice League/Snow White level drama revealed at some point.

That it would.

Sony honestly should have revived the Webbverse. Would have made way more money than the SSU.

Sony honestly should have revived the Webbverse.

They were going to, that's what the SSU was building towards.

...didn't fucking work.

Disney is THE king of wasting money these days. What a disaster. And they still somehow still have more in the pipeline.

they have more disney plus marvel shows?

Eyes of Wakanda, Marvel Zombies, Wonder Man, Vision Quest, second seasons of the Daredevil and Spider-Man shows. The train continues. Some of them might be better than the woke era shit but probably not.

holy slop batman!
there's a wonder man and vision show? who asked for this

its just content. Thats all streaming services are. Content machines. The goal for any streaming service is to have 3 or 4 shows that are actually worth watching, a couple of classics and a few cult shows, and enough content to keep normies from getting bored

They should have just made Amazing Spider-Man 3 in the immediate aftermath of No Way Home.

People really, REALLY don't seem to understand the original Robin Hood, do they?

Wonder Man, no one, but the popularity of WandaVision, and by extension the popularity of Wanda and Vision, blindsided Disney and left them scrambling to fit something into their production schedule.

Snow White level drama revealed

Qrd?

You have to remember this was shot in 2022

Which I should point out Spider-Man NWH came out in 2021, and had an after credits scene where a bartender regarded Tony Stark as a holy figure. And before that in FFH people were making fucking murals of the guy.

So basically MCU Riri Williams is talking shit about a martyr to THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE, and has the gall to assume she can be better than him simply by copying his invention. Tony didn't become a martyr because of what he built, but for what he sacrificed

Vision Quest might actually be cool since reports say Ultron is coming back
Beyond the dwarf bullshit and reshoots, allegedly the main star who played Snow White is a notorious toxic bitch who is impossible to work with and constantly butted heads with Gal Gadot and everyone else on set. That's not even covering all the political crap she kept posting online that got everyone mad

You have to remember this was the same time as She Hulk going "Captain America Fucks" and Hawkeye's half runtime spent shitting on him, and of course that show was spent hyping up Echo as well by having her beat the Kingpin with the intention she would be the new Queenpin after her show. Falcon's show constantly took the piss out of Bucky, Wanda/Vision ended on the dumbest marvel character praising Wanda, and they were currently reshooting scenes for Multiverse of Madness because people hated the girls scenes with Strange, where she was apparently quite abrasive to him. And the less said about Thor, Love and Thunder, the better.

That entire 2020-2024 zeitgiest was about shitting on old characters.

Absolutely deluded.
