The Force is Literally Female

The force did not need to be made into literal individual gods

so males are antiforce?
well every ying has a yang

Light is the Daughter
Dark is the Son
Balance is the Father
The Mother is some sort of horrifying eldritch abomination

The force has a nice rack

and has huge tits

Yes.

post her feet

I'm so glad I checked out of Star Wars before being exposed to any of this fucking retarded shit.

Technically, the Father, Son, and Daughter aren't literally the force
They're just really fucking old and have been so in touch with them that they became unintended embodiments of aspects of the Force

She's not the main character though

The force is also cute.

i dont believe he said this, im not saying he didnt say it. posting twitter screenshots doesnt really count as evidence to me

Iirc, he said Leia was supposed to be the REAL Chosen One.

Let’s be honest, it’s the dark side that would be female.

In what context though? In newer movies? In his original plan for the trilogy? He just says such random shit

TCW

Not canon.
Nothing post Empire at War FoC is canon.

BWAAAAAAAAAAAA

h_man whores

Disgusting

Oh, did they finally pull that thread from the "legends" universe? Is Aboleth in this?

His sequel trilogy plans.

Have we gotten a deep dive into light-side religiones outside the Jedi? Closest I can think of is the nightsisters as an equivalent for the dark side.

Sounds epic.

Fans have speculated the Ahsoka show might be leading to Abeloth appearing in canon.

The Nightsisters used to be neutral, seeing The Force as neither Light or Dark. Guess who changed that.

live action tv show budget Abeloth

hahahahaha fug

I hope it does not. Disney will mess it up.

Will Season 2 finally have Rosario Dawson be more competent in selling lightsaber choreography than Alec Guinness did?

Hay man?

*Hat man

Do you think a high budget animated film (trilogy if you want) set between RotJ-TFA following the OT cast could work?
I'd love for something like that to come to fruition but I don't see Disney being interested in such project.

Just make sure it doesn't feel like filler

Best case scenario, It's a self-contained story that can stand on it's own and takes the characters into new territory.
Worst case scenario, It's just used as a bridge to get to the sequel trilogy.

Do you prefer the Force being literal good vs evil or something similar to the Urru and Skeksis where it wasn't good vs evil but rather more idealism vs materialism?

Worst case scenario, It's just used as a bridge to get to the sequel trilogy.

Honestly?
I don't like the sequel trilogy as much as the next guy but I think actively pretending it doesn't exist is pretty fucking cowardly and so is spinning the wheels in the past to actively avoid tackling its aftermaths

actively pretending it doesn't exist is pretty fucking cowardly

No, anon. Ignoring the sequel trilogy is the smart thing to do. Continuing to build connections to it is an example of a little something called the Sunken Cost Fallacy.

I'd prefer it to just be a neutral metaphysical concept without any moral prospecto tangled on it, but in that case they entire foundation of the SW universe would go to shit. As a fictional setting, good and evil in the franchise are not only real but are built in the fabric of it's reality itself.

Altough you could Say that the force integrantes both idealist and materialista aspects without pitting them against each other (and It's the users who do that instead).

male is dark

daughter is light

lol
lmao

Chin too pointy.

"It's about Family."

I'm not one for denying their existence despite not liking them. But a side-story that can stand on It's own couldn't actively throw them under the rug. Take the Hobbit and LOTR as an examole. Do they connect through a few plot points? Yeah, but each one is a self-contained story that can be appreciated and examined as a unit.

The one who keeps them in check is also male

it's amazing how hard it is for people to understand daoism
or they pull this shit that makes you wonder what the fuck is all this light and dark side shit when le ebbin grey dominates

So if the Father is balance, I take it the Mother is chaos?

filoni hasn't done that yet
but it was more or less that in the old eu

the old man didn't exist there nor the twins but still

Illustrate me please on the Daoism Thing, and how it relates to the SW setting

You ever see a Yin-Yang symbol? Light and darkness. Masculine and feminine. Creation and destruction. Warmth and cold. Each has a dot of the opposite in them to show how they carry a bit of the other with them at the end of the day. There is no eradicating one. There is no third force to keep balance.

Star Wars is in a place that can't fucking decide if it wants that or if the dark side is unnatural in spite of how ever present it is, which is just retarded. But oh well. Can't blame Disney for that. Lucas was the one ripping off eastern concepts without understanding them

Yin is darkness and Yang is light, but you get what I mean.

It should be the Warp from 40k

Thanks for the explination anon.
I'd say SW tends to go for the "dark side is unnatural" approach, but yeah most of the discussion tends to come from Lucas' usage of the word "balance" giving audiences a mislead. It's not hard to see the confusion given that unless you dig more into the lore, the concept will make you believe that light and dark are two halves of the force, given that, well, That's what you associate the word with.
