They're expected to release next year, between Seasons 6 and 7.

However, they'll be set chronologically earlier in the series (maybe around Season 5) so they will use the old character designs (with the new animation, of course).

Gabriel might make an appearance in them.

For 'Tokyo', the scenes in the city will be in 2D, with the rest in 3D.

Aside from Stellar Force, Kagami/Ryuko will make an appearance in 'Tokyo'.

Luka might appear in 'Rio'.

I did, but old characters with new animation doesn't mesh well with previous statements that the models had to be reworked becuse they now animate with Unreal. I had thought it would be possible to convert old assets since we were told these were expensive to make in the first place.

I said "old DESIGNS". They probably rebuilt them from scratch.

He finds out in season 4 then it's mostly ignored until an episode of season 5 where Monarch finds out he knows, then he effectively is written out of the rest of the season (he returns briefly in the finale) and season 6 shows he moved to Brazil (which kind of defeats the whole purpose of Viperion honestly)

But everyone knows he's in Brazil now. The reason he left was to remain on the move, traveling with his father so Gabriel couldn't find him. Gabriel is gone admittedly, but if he doesn't think the danger has passed then he should still be on the move, not settled down half a world away from everyone else. If Chrysalis attacks him he's got no backup unless Pegasus brings everyone over.
