Its pretty trivial for her to have rapid self-repair ability that kicks in automatically and she can essentially flash-teleport out of the way of an attack with a perfect dodge input. I think she could put up a decent fight in terms of martial skill, but the question is whether anything she can can hurt homelander. She can cut through steel like butter and fights numerous giant robotic enemies, but I don't know if thats enough for Homelander.

I think that is more a case of the context, like Goku doesn't have the qualities to do active heroism. He will react to and stomp injustice when it is in front of him, as Roshi taught him. But he won't seek out crime to stop like Gohan.
