Flash is slower than light because nobody should accept speedforce BS if they don't handwave away destructive after effects as antifeats when physics are taken into account.

Speedforce makes no sense and just hides the fact that Flash can't actually move that fast if you actually tried to make sense of him.
Kratosforce on the other hand does give Kratos infinite speed without showing any physical effects.
Kratos transcends fiction and lives rent free in the infinitely sized empty spaces of the minds of his haters which he destroyed with his boundless strength/power.
People only accept it because otherwise it would downscale the entirety of DC's speed to Marvel level.
only has a small set fast characters which all others scale to to keep their fodderverse competitive without getting blitzed
meanwhile in GOW all the characters are chads with infinite+++ speed on their own
