Kills Fox Animation Studios (previously responsible for Anastasia and Bartok the Magnificient)

It was so fucking good tho.

>causes Don Bluth and Gary Goldman to retire from the cinema industry

Fucking really?

don't know if Bluth officially retired but he hasn't made a major project since, and since the Dragon's Lair movie is sadly unlikely to ever happen it probably is effectively retirement

A COSMIC CASTAWAY YEAH A COSMIC CASTAWAY

"causes" things to happen

no, bitch. disney wanted shit to flop so they could move to CGI as soon as possible because they had the money to set the standard and thus set the monopoly

too much male nudity killed it

Good thing karma is hitting them back now with their woke shit

Sharktalefag spouting more useless shit over and over.

Worth it for Stith.

Yes I'm sure Disney was responsible for making Titan AE flop... take your meds schizo

I don’t know why people are so butt hurt about this movie. I thought it was good when I saw it as a kid and I think it’s still perfectly fun now.

I been around the block for long enough to know this is one of the typical ways to start a Titan AE thread.

OMG THIS MOVIE BRUTALLY MURDERED FOX ANIMATION DIVISION

Titan A.E.

so fucking good

It's a fun watch, but very flawed.

You have no idea how kino it is to play that in the background, while playing Shipbreakers.

yeah it's bad to actually talk about the movie itself

A complete nothingburger of a movie

Mmm... Nothingburger...

i wouldnt say it was that good but i enjoyed it, and the partially buttrock soundtrack fit it rly well and was also fun

Even pic related has more substance than Titan A.E.

That's saying a lot...

Little big planet walked so 9 could run.

I mean yes, it wasn't even good.

Not really. Looks good but the plot loses itself halfway through

Say what you want about sharktaleanon, but yes he is right, the movie was absolutely boring dogshit. Name me at least one memorable thing about Titan AE? Oh wait, that's right, you can't!

A Don Bluth film

We'd never see those words at the start of a movie again

Yep, Stith put me on a...path.

Creed in the trailer was the only reason I watched this back then. I remember nothing about it. Is it worth a rewatch?

It was a very undercooked movie, I don't even know why the suits at Fox thought this would be a massive hit.

I went and saw it in theaters and i was literally the only guy there for the 7pm showing.

Akima nudity scene.

kino

Kid word.

wasn't there also a TV spot that featured clips from Futurama to promote the movie as well?

>kino

Kid word.

It has been a Anon Babble staple for eons, grandpa
Also,

Akima nudity scene.

that scene didn't last long as it was cut for a PG rating. Seethe harder

If there was then i don't remember it. Higher is literally my only memory of this movie.

kino

kid word

Kino is a pretty obscure company, anon. I don't think many kids are gonna know what the fuck that is.

I asked because I recalled when the Fox network was one of the only things promoting the movie weeks before the movie's release, and I've remembered they would play a few clips of the movie with clips of Futurama episodes spliced together. There was one where they had the Creed song "Higher" (of course not from the film, but the song was heavily used in trailers and commercials for the film itself), but edited with a couple clips from an episode about Farnsworth's clone Cubert (specifically, the scene where Fry, Leela and Bender try to escape from the old habitat and rescuing Farnsworth)

Lost media bros are gonna have to hunt this one down

EYEAAAH

I remembered looking it up on YouTube back in 2009, but it was gone

I don't think I've seen it in nearly twenty years. I remember thinking the movie was cool, but extremely threadbare. It needed to be both longer and better written.
