She's been Asian for a while so she looks like her actress from BvS.
Also, she's not necessarily Metallo, just a cyborg thanks to the Lazarus Planet event, but she did recently use Kryptonite like Metallo.
Lois has powers
After the Absolute Power event, where a bunch of heroes lost their powers, Lois mysteriously got Kryptonian powers, the Superwoman Special reveals she got Zod's powers.
Supergirl wears a jacket
A while ago they decided Superman's friends and family should wear jackets, they're finally ditching that soon.

Lazarus Planet event
I felt that the effects from that event was all but forgotten. I think Mercy, Fire and Ice, and one other hero are still stuck with that stupid plot.
Aquaman I think
You guys are confusing Absolute Power with Lazarus Planet.
Lazarus Planet gave certain characters powers and changed how the powers of certain characters worked, that's how Mercy became a cyborg.
Aquaman, and Fire and Ice are dealing with the consequences of Absolute Power, where they got their powers mixed up after getting them back.

The last time mainline Superman comics were any good was back when he punched a cop and it made conservatives shit themselves with rage because they love fascism.
Current Superman family consists of Clark, Lois with Kryptonian powers, Jonathan sometimes, Connor, Kong, Supergirl, Red 90s electric Superwoman, and sometimes John Steel joins in.
It's kind of overkill when a villain shows up and a shitload of Kryptonians come to fight.
Also we learned Time Trapper is a future Doomsday that evolved time powers after being trapped in time stasis for a couple thousand years.

Even during the Dan Jorgensen run, he was using Superman Family members like Kenan Kong, Steel and Lana Lang.
Yeah the shirt with the jackets and Lex being any sort of redeemable figure really turned me off of this run.
