Are referring to Sonic or my OP? Because let's face it, Sonic's age doesn't really matter for his dialogue, he could literally be any age and nobody would really care. What does matter is what he physically does and how he treats people, which is arguably the most important aspect of any character. Sure this lingo might be mondo cringy but if the character is sincere between all of that nobody will notice or even care realistically.
Hell in real life I know people who have had to kill before and they're just as likely to talk about DBZ, Elden Ring or Batman as they are their wife or mortgage.

I don't think the Hercules remake is coming at all. They canned the Tangled remake and are definitely reevaluating the viability of these live action remakes in general at the moment.
