The 80s seasons were better IMO, the original season focused only on George and sometimes Jane so Judy, Elroy and Rosie didn't do shit, Judy barely talks during the entirely of the 60s season and Rosie only shows up in 2 episodes, in the season 2 DVD extras the crew said that when the show was brought back they choose to take the focus away from George and use Judy, Elroy and Rosie as the episodes' protagonists instead since they seemed to be the characters that children liked most at the time

Season 2 was John K's idea by the way, he pushed for it when he was at Hanna Barbera.

It was one of the better things HB did in the 80s and it got them out of the slump they were in.

He had to have the script read to him and he repeated it

He also died from another stroke in the studio shortly after he finished his voice work

Judy's voice actor did all her voice work just to be replaced by Tiffany

Mel Blanc died during production and didn't finish of his voice work

That man has issues and I do't know how he became a superstar in the 90s.

I saw it when I was a kid and barely remember it but I don't recall it being all that bad.
