However, judging by Cyntessa’s face, and the size and space between younger Tessa’s eyes, adult Tessa would have looked like this.

It's literally just Liam's 2D humans but translated into 3D. It would have looked potentially strange in animation, hence why they made all humans blacked out silhouettes in the drones' memories.

If there was ever going to be a Season 2, it would have to be (or it would be better off being) a prequel series about the events leading up to what happens on Copper 9 on Earth and the exoplanets with the Absolute Solver attacking the other planets. All the humans in the present in Murder Drones are pretty much guaranteed to be dead. Earth and the other inhabited Exoplanets are gone and consumed by the Solver. Copper 9's organic life was wiped out. Unless there's some space nomads somewhere.

That's the reason both Glitch and Liam have stated why they made sure to make the humans blacked out silhouettes in the memories of the Drones. They didn't want to have the humans come across as uncanny in the show's 3D style.
Also it's a reference to the blacked out silhouette humans in Internecion Cube in Kirie's memories.

I think there was some sort of misunderstanding with the lierdwichagul brothers that Liam decided to roll with because he was making a show about robots
