Arguably, CN's decay began with the introduction of Boomerang as a separate network. The last time it was good was the little-known Miguzi block that lasted from '04 to '07. Personally I don't care, because the greater problem is that we lost great stuff over the years like Jetix, Kids WB and The Hub in general.
