They can also sort of survive in space too but that's a different thing from the Nth metal. Post Johns Nth metal just has about a thousand differnt powers depensing on the issue, with the main thing being super fast healing.

In the Christmas episode where she and John goes to a bar on some random planet, she punches a massive dude across the room with just her fists, so she for sure has enhanced strength.
She also takes hits from stuff that would for sure kill a normal person, but so does Batman, so that is more of a question of wether that is due to his suit being armored, or if it's just cartoon logic.
