Make an organization of fallen Jedi that act as Jedi hunters

They rarely, if ever, actually successfully hunt any Jedi

Inquisitors are such a fucking letdown.

Dawg, their record is pretty good. The outliers are in single digits. And then if they don't kill the Jedi, they're killed based on their position so the system keeps rolling on.

Grand Inquisitior is one of my favorite characters, absolutely butchered in the Kenobi show.

its the same situation as general grievous
who, despite holding his own or even holding the advantage against master jedi, never actually kills any jedi who matters

beat ahsoka cleanly, but ahsoka escapes

fights ahsoka evenly a second time, was on the verge of winning before ahsoka escapes

manages to duel obi-wan multiple times to a stalemate, only loses once (and then dies so he cant lose again)

fights evenly with jobber jedi, ends the fight with his droids but he holds his own until then

most of his victories were in later seasons, even against people who beat him initially, so grievous was actually learning on the job

the inquisitors have the upper hand over kanan and ezra for most of their fights
grinky wins every fight against kanan until the end, where he uses blind jedi force connection to prevail
and the second sister holds her own even 2 on 1 with kanan and ezra, and only loses to ahsoka who is shown to be vader tier by then

They were filler villains of the week for TV-Y7 DisneyXD cartoon, because they couldn't use Darth Vader all the time at the risk of diminishing him. Their purpose is stakes-free, consequence-free lightsaber fights. That's it. And that's still their purpose. They are mini-bosses, destined to job.

Guys I've got an idea for a Star Wars show, here's how it starts

The main character is a survivor from Order 66

>They rarely, if ever, actually successfully hunt any Jedi

Same problem with Grievous
They're not allowed to actually deal major damage to the protagonists AND Rebels had to be lighter than Clone Wars
Did we always have Star Wars threads this frequently?

Her species can actually survive being bisected

I hate the inquisitors. They dont make any sense. Didn't Tarkin say that vader was the only one left of their religion? He seemed to know those iquistors well in Rebels.fuck filoni

They dont make any sense. Didn't Tarkin say that vader was the only one left of their religion?

The Inquisitors were all dead by the time of ANH. The ones we see in Rebels are literally the last ones. After 7th sis, 5th bro and 8th bro die on Malachor, there were no more inquisitors left. Not unless you count ones that deserted the Empire/Inquisitorious.

These were the only cool ones.

Watch the CN animated Clone Wars. Grievous is a powerhouse there, and actually terrifying.

She was also a pedo that tried to seduce a tween Ezra. Not that something like that is actually a negative on Anon Babble tho.

Inquisitors were trained using Sith methods, not Jedi. Tarkin was likely referring to that, and also making a jab at Anakin that he knew his real identity.

And they both got BTFO by Ahsoka, Kurosawa style.

and also making a jab at Anakin that he knew his real identity.

He actually didn't know Vader was Anakin. He barely even suspected it. And even if he did, he wouldn't try that shit. He was friends with Vader, but he knew better than to say something to piss Vader off because Tarkin knew he'd kill him and there was absolutely nobody who could stop him (he didn't know Sheev was the Dark Lord of the Sith).

Maul will BTFO Marrok in his show. He was zombie in Ahsoka, green farts and all.

Nah, pretty sure Tarkin knew. You don't become Grand rank anything in the Empire without having some clue as to who the Emperor and Vader actually were. Thrawn fully knew and even made it apparent to Vader that he knew. Vader didn't care, because he understood Thrawn and Tarkin were both loyal and protected by the Emperor. Tarkin had enough clout to give Vader orders to stop killing a man without Vader turning on him, too.

Did any of the villains in the cartoons had actual good in-universe PR aside from Dooku?
Did General Grievous do anything public to make himself look like a noble champion for the Separatist cause?

He was gonna appear on Raxus in Dark Disciple at Dooku's humanitarian event. He was just basically standing there like an autist, and since all the useful idiots on Raxus had no clue about how fucking evil their faction is, I suppose they did just make him out to be some noble general.

they very much treated it as if both sides were propagandizing the living fuck out of themselves and the enemy. The whole arc with Ahsoka going to Seppy space and hanging with the Bonteris showed just how much they hid Grievous' crimes. Every Galactic Senate scene we get shows senators glazing the clones, but they totally did a lot of shit that would violate our Geneva Conventions. Pic very related.

Where are you at, /swco/?

Pic very related.

Flamethrowers against a hivemind of horrifying bug money that deserve to be wiped out (unless you count Rebels) is one thing
Having space Mengele cackling like a madman on your side is another

Some JAG officer on Twitter a few years ago spelled out all the war crimes of the clones and Seppies and they kinda evened out.

He was just basically standing there like an autist

That's probably what Grievous did at any Separatist public event. Just stood around at Dooku's side, hunched over and refusing to talk to anybody because what he really wanted to do was go out and kill jedi

And coughing, don't forget coughing

*bug men
gdi my brain is malfunctioning

Let's be real, they fucking deserved it. And more. People seem to forget that they designed the Death Star, and that they chain prisoners to poles and watch them eaten alive by monsters for fun. And the whole brain worm thing? Fucking disgusting. Galaxy is better off without them.

Does Star Wars even have a Geneva convention?

suppose they did just make him out to be some noble general.

What do you think they'd say whenever someone asked questions about what the fuck happened to him?
Would they just be honest and play it as some sort of super soldier program?

It has planet-exterminating villains on the regular, and the Jedi employ child soldiers. What do you think?

False surrenders

Flamethrowers

Child soldiers

Resurrecting diseases

Are all somehow a-okay

What the fuck DOES the Yavin Code ban?

Their job is to shit on loose younglings and padawans. If their target is too stubborn, then Vader rolls up and sorts it out himself.

CIS had cyborgs other than Grievous. That wasn't something unique to him. Maybe they came up with some publicity propaganda sob story like evil Jedi crippled him.

Flamethrowers are nasty but they are not a war crime. We stopped using them because they're a total pain in the ass to use, what with the big heavy tank of volatile fuel that only gives you a few seconds before it's depleted.

Considering the Jedi just accepted a random free clone army at face value, I just assume there is no Geneva Convention-equivalent in space.

Yavin Code

It's probably a fucking loophole about proper use of industrial equipment or some shit given that everyone is consistently OK with treating droids as objects in Star Wars apart from Lando.

Honestly with all the wheezing and coughing they could have spun him as a purely strategic general and kept his combat capabilities secret.

He'd have to leave the lightsabers at home

This is the problem with having killers and hunters hunt down people they can’t actually kill. If they needed to make fodder for the Inquisitors and Grievous to murk they could’ve easily done so.
Star Wars really needs to be treated less like a kids franchise and more like a teenager one.

I wish I was in the battlefield killing Jedi.

Dooku's speech is too loud.

My lungs hurt.

I'm angry.

I think there should just be more stuff with each demographic but the lines aren't too clearly defined.
It kind of reminds me of Transformers and Hasbro's approach to catering to kids and older audiences but both just falling flat.
They nailed it with Animated (not so much with Prime as much as people hate to admit) as their primary kids media at the time but that also appealed to grown audiences in ways the actual later "adult" Transformers shows failed to deliver.
Star Wars needs to be "cool" again.

Roger roger.

Was Ventress dragged to public events?

i can't believe there was a time where i hoped that starkiller would be brought into nuwars as an inquisitor
now i only feel relief knowing it will never happen

I don't think anyone would want to talk to him either
