idk, she's made it clear that she doesn't mind Zimmy being in some fucked up omelas situation in exchange for the court doing their retarded plan. granted, Zimmy isn't actually suffering, but Omega still has an unkindness in her heart.
I like how a couple couple pages ago I wondered why omega isn't teleporting in and trying to stop annie by teleporting the other person away and was told she wouldn't/couldn't do that.

my guess: Annie is assuming that everyone is being taken to the same place, and she's gonna plant someone who knows the actual plan there to work with the witches. Omega can only split her attention so much, and she'll probably ignore the people she's already captured. anyway, it's kind of hot how Zara looks so flustered and violated when Omega is pawing at her.

Annie has completed a dozen side quests and progressed the main story by a few chapters since we last saw her. She then dumped her stats into INT. Sadly Jones lost some levels and inches in the process.
Shortstack specializes in barriers and wards so she may be able to keep Omega from teleporting out.
I think they ARE the tracker. Annie is intentionally siccing Omega on people who might have the ability to escape her grasp and lead the way back? Though this is all rather sudden given that Jones JUST introduced them. But whatever, we've had enough slow pacing over the past 20 years.
