Lucy has occasionally used his full name. It could also be a character who doesn't usually speak to him.

Panel three kinda looks like Lucy's got her nightmare vision goggles on, so I think it's most likely her. My initial guess was Gus but idk if he says Michael or Mike.

I kinda hope it's Gus. I mean either way it's likely we're headed toward Mike being saddled with responsibility for Lucy getting worse again, but with Gus there's a small chance he's there to commiserate with Mike over being Lucy's emotional support twink.

Gus uses both but I feel it would be him telling Mike that Lucy wants to see him again

Augustus thought that was a terrible idea, so imagine how bad things must be to take all that back.

This was obviously meant to be Lilly talking with Mike. Augustus has zero reason to care about the whole Sandy situation, or about Mike feeling freed.

I'll be honest here. We don't need to see the entire punchline because it's already clear Lucy is batshit insane.

Wish it only made sense, Taeshi made it a point to show Lucy being happy and content on her family's Christmas dinner to boss over Mike's being ruined by Paulo being a soggy wet bitch, and then the next chapter she's having PTSD, blowing Paulo's dick with a stare and shitting on Augustus for caring for her. At one moment you have to ask yourself if maybe you're not the one with BPD the way this comic swings between moods

And the BPD is because she fucked up all the character arcs by doing that.

I figure it's Augustus, which could be interesting. Ironically enough he's one of the only characters that fully understands the situation between Mike and Lucy and actually seems to empathize with Mike a bit for how miserable getting dragged around by Sandy leaves him.

Hopefully it's not just stupid.
