Ultimate Spider-Man and Absolute Batman are the top dogs.
because the industry is so dead its difficult to find actual sales figures. Most sales figures people use are just estimates from sources of varying reliability.
If i remember correctly Absolute Batman #1 had 400,000 pre-orders (estimated) and Ult Spider #1 had 300,000. So those #1s at least were close with Batman winning. #1s are always outliers though
Sales do not dictate quality.
I've been hearing more about how well Absolute has been doing. Outside of Spider-Man I haven't heard as much about Ultimate. At best there are the weekly standings for issues but those are probably not the most accurate.

It had a lot of hype, and is leading in from 6 months of great word of mouth from the absolute offerings.
It's also really good on its own, I really liked the first issue.
DC should have done an ultimate universe in the 00s or maybe post flashpoint instead of ruining their main line.
I think another factor is that even casual fans have been wanting a quality J'onn book for years now

I only care for Absolute Batman. Absolute Wonder Woman was good for the first 2 issues imo everything after that has been boring. Absolute Superman has been shit the entire time imo. I hope Flash is good because I like Wally but issue 1 was all just setup so too early to tell. Everyone is fellating Absolute Martian Manhunter and I have no idea why the art is incredible but the story being told at least in it's first issue put me to sleep. Of all the absolute books it's the one I'm least interested in story wise. Kind of funny because it's written by the same guy as current Ultimates which I'm enjoying the hell out of

Absolute Batman #1 will cost you about $6 for the 1st print standard cover. Ultimate Spider-Man #1 is up to $150 for the standard first print cover
Their version of Joker being a corpse on some Cronenbergian organic life-support system makes me wonder if Harley Quinn would be created from an attempt at growing a new body for him, only for the clone to be born a girl
I partly blame it on the fact that they're using Jo as the main character instead of a Lantern with more history like Hal or Kyle.
