That whole episode where there's rival gangs arguing with each other in different languages and collecters holding each other up was pretty funny imo, Axel's elevator fight had that odd slowness but it was situationally funny how the guard grabbed his face and the woman kept going at him.

I think it was meant to be gay, but canonically I think the guard was just being condescending and treating him like a kid that got caught, hence grabbing his cheek.
